Step 2
Fill out the enrollment form below and drop off at customer service, at your convenience. We’ll do the work to get you registered. If you prefer, you can enroll yourself online and earn 200 Bonus Points!
Step 3
Show your card to the cashier each time you shop. You’ll earn 5 point for every qualifying dollar that you spend in the store. (Certain items are excluded from qualifying dollars, such as alcohol and tobacco products and servcies.)
